Gelato is one of Italy’s most famous success stories worldwide. In Italy, artisanal gelaterias have long been family-run businesses, with secret recipes passed down from father to son.<\/p>\n

In the 1950s, the industry decisively entered this sector by introducing “walk-around gelato,” leading to a new way of consuming the product and bringing significant changes in society and consumer choices.<\/p>\n

It took another 50 years for a new, revolutionary idea in this sector: Artisanal Gelato ON A STICK<\/strong>. In 2009, STICKHOUSE\u00a0developed and introduced to the market a project that allows daily production of gelato on a stick in every shop<\/u>, along with an original and creative system for presenting and selling it to consumers.<\/p>\n

The success was immediate, confirmed by the rapid global expansion of the project (and numerous imitation attempts…).<\/p>\n

Encouraged by consumers’ appreciation for our products\u2014both for their quality and presentation\u2014we decided to apply the same principles of quality and simplicity to a new project dedicated to cone and cup gelato: SCOOP!<\/p>\n

The STICKHOUSE\u00a0project can be implemented through various formats, all simple to manage but with a significant visual impact, thanks to the presence of a rich and colorful display of GELATI ON A STICK or the CONTINUOUS BATCH FREEZER\u00a0in the point of sale. This highly technological machine allows both the production of gelato (batch freezing) and serving it to the customer. The gelato, produced in front of the customer, remains soft and creamy as if freshly made. The machine also eliminates the need for a laboratory in smaller points of sale.<\/p>\n
