Italian Artisan Gelato\u00a0<\/strong>is the main offer: either on a STICK and SCOOP Gelato (cones & cups), the latter mainly produced on the spot in front of the customer.<\/p>\n

CAFE\u2019 <\/strong>(Coffee & Drinks)and\u00a0Chocolate Factory<\/strong>\u00a0(pralines, bars, etc..) are sides formats that may be added to gelato shop (both or just one) and implemented according to location.<\/p>\n

The modular format for the gelateria shop. Starting from an area of just 14 square meters, it presents a complete offering of gelato on a STICK and SCOOP for cones and cups (for the latter, it is also possible to have CONTINUOUS BATCH FREEZERS for on-site production!). Other complementary products can be selected based on the store’s capacity. The production laboratory can be set up in an adjacent space or at another location.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
