A kiosk with perimetral walls only (without roof) marked by distinctive elements, equipped to sale gelato (on a stick or by the scoop; the latter can also be produced on site) and also offering many other products of the system such as granitas, shakes, waffles, drinking chocolate, soft drinks, etc.
The standard model consists of some 10 square meters with a frontal area for sale and bar with stools on the back.
