Stickhouse is a successfull concept thanks to its originality and the visual appeal of the products offered in its outlets.
Italian Artisan Gelato is the main offer: either on a STICK and SCOOP Gelato (cones & cups), the latter mainly produced on the spot in front of the customer.
CAFE’ (Coffee & Drinks)and Chocolate Factory (pralines, bars, etc..) are sides formats that may be added to gelato shop (both or just one) and implemented according to location.
Supplementary PRODUCTS available in the system: Gelato Cakes • Granita (slushes) • Shakes • Waffles • Chocolate, etc..

It’s the most comprehensive format; it consists of a laboratory for production and a large sale point where offering Gelato on a stick and Scoop Gelato, plus the full range of supplementary products ( Coffee and Drinks • Chocolate • Gelato Cakes • Granita /slushes • Shakes • Waffles, etc…)

SALE STORE
It’s our standard “sale only” format, starting from as little as 14sqm! Will offer SCOOP gelato (produced on site) as well as Gelato on a STICK (to be supplied from a laboratory) along with a range of supplementary products to be selected according to location capacity.
KIOSK
Designed to properly suits aisles or passageways of Shopping Malls or similar, it’s fitted with main equipments to be a sale store. Starting from as low as 10 sqm, will offer both Gelato on a stick and Scoop Gelato plus a selection of supplementary products according to location capacity.
CART
A selection of movable units suitable for selling Gelato on a Stick or equipped for the SCOOP gelato with production & sale on site.
STREET FOOD
A range of vehicles or trailers to meet different needs and requirements of outdoor business. They are all equipped to sell GELATO (on a stick and/or SCOOP); some can be fitted with production too.
